Normal police celebrated their mention in Netflix's Wednesday after a mugshot of 'Thing' with a sleek hairstyle appeared in the series, and officers Darien Bachman & Jeremy Flood shared photos of themselves with the signature look on Facebook.

Bachman said he first learned of the clip from a community member and felt honored that Normal's name helped inspire the show's creative nod.
