The Town of Normal's Historic Preservation Commission will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 17 to decide whether to approve demolition of three vacant Uptown buildings as part of a plan to extend the Constitution Trail. The meeting takes place at City Hall (Multipurpose Room 409).
