- ➤ Several streets in Uptown Normal will have no parking after 11 a.m. Friday and be closed until about 6 p.m. Sunday to prepare for the Sugar Creek Arts Festival, which runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The festival, presented by the McLean County Arts Center and the Town of Normal, will feature over 100 artists, live music, and food trucks. City of Normal
