Joe Grabill, (95) a longtime history and peace studies professor at Illinois State University who helped launch the Peace and Conflict Resolution Studies minor and led the Vladimir-Canterbury Sister City Association, died Wednesday at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
🏥 Health
The Community Health Care Clinic saw an 80% jump in uninsured patient visits over the past year as Medicaid cuts took effect, with wait times now ranging from one to four months.
Executive Director Holly Wayland-Hall said the clinic may add staff if donor events boost funding.
