- ➤ Raising Cane’s Chicken opened its doors Tuesday morning in Normal in a building rebuilt—replacing the former Beauty Brands—and offered raffle prizes along with free combo coupons to early customers. Regional vice president Kevin Ryan said the restaurant took about six months to prepare and plans to open a Peoria location later this year. WJBC
- ➤ Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers opened its new location in Normal on Tuesday, July 15 and saw heavy traffic near Veterans Parkway, so the restaurant hired security to direct cars + keep traffic moving. WGLT
