Good morning, Normal.
🏘️ Community
A Chicago-based nonprofit for people with criminal records launches its first local chapter in the Bloomington-Normal area with a kickoff party scheduled for Saturday, July 12 at 3 p.m. at Miller Park—organizers plan to use the event, which features a hog roast and free food, to build empowerment and support efforts to pass the Clean Slate Act.
📰 Economy

He said new trade deals — meant to lower demand for US dollars — may help farmers by expanding export markets and easing price pressure.
