- ➤ Earlier this spring, local donor Kay Carius contributed 18 restaurant menus + other ephemera to the McLean County Museum of History in Bloomington, adding to a collection started by her late husband Larry Carius. Museum staff have digitized the over 250 menus and related items for free access online + visitors can view detailed images on the Internet Archive. The Pantagraph

- ➤ Illinois lawmakers approved a $55B budget that will add over $1B in tax increases for taxpayers—this plan includes a 45% tax on tobacco and vaping products, higher sports wagering taxes, and changes to corporate taxes, with the next fiscal year starting July 1. Cities 92.9
- ➤ Today at 7 a.m., E. Mulberry Street between Linden Street and Constitution Boulevard will have a lane reduction for a curb storm inlet replacement—city workers will be handling the work—and drivers should plan for possible delays. The Pantagraph
