- ➤ Illinois State University and Heartland Community College have launched a transfer partnership to ease the process for Heartland students pursuing an online bachelor's degree in business administration. The new agreement will simplify student transfers and expand access to the business program. The Pantagraph
FINANCE NEWS
- ➤ A report from the National Taxpayers Union Foundation said that if Congress does not extend the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, Illinois taxpayers will pay about $2,800 more in taxes next year—this happens because cuts in deductions and credits will lower benefits, and state lawmakers must act to avoid even higher state taxes.
