23-year-old Daniel Johnson returned to Normal after winning a silver medal in the 400-meter snowshoe race at the Special Olympics World Winter Games in Turin, Italy from March 8th to 15th.

He also finished fourth in the 800-meter race — a result that shows his growing strength in the sport.
